Session 1: July 20, 2020

• Blended learning and learning modalities that will be tapped by BCNHS
• Maximizing your DepEd Office 365 account
• Maximizing your Deped Google G-suite Account
• Using Canva in designing learning materials

Requirements (note: this is not a must requirement, for it can be accomplished during the training)
A. Office 365 account furnished by the Division office (ex. juan.delacruz@car.deped.gov.ph)
B. Google account furnished by DepEd (ex: juan.delacruz@deped.gov.ph)
C. Create a Canva for Education account in three easy steps: 

1. Go to www.gmail.com and sign-in using your Deped Google account
2. Open a new tab, and go to www.canva.com
3. Click sign-up using your google account
4. Finally, click on your google account 

Session 2: July 24, 2020

• Creating instructional videos
• Creating videos using Powerpoint 2019
• Creating screen-recording using Open Broadcasting Software or OBS
• Editing videos using Filmora Go in your smartphone.
• Editing videos using Openshot video editing software in your laptop or desktop,

Requirements (note: this is not a must requirement, for it can be accomplished during the training)
A. Download and install the OBS software in your laptop: download it here: https://obsproject.com/download
B. Install Filmora Go app in your smartphone: download it in Google Play (note: you may use other video editor if your using other app.
C. Download and install the Openshot video editor here: https://www.openshot.org/download/

Session 3: July 28, 2020

• Teaching online thru Edmodo
• Introduction to Kotobee
• Collaborating using Microsoft Teams

Requirements (note: this is not a must requirement, for it can be accomplished during the training)
A. Download and install the Kotobee Author in your desktop here: https://www.kotobee.com/en/products/author/versions
B. Install the Kotobee Reader app in your smartphone, download it in Google Play.
