At the end of the training participants are expected:
1. to be familiarized with the Google Docs and Google Slides Interface (5 mins.)
- navigating google drive
- uploading and downloading a document.
- renaming a document.
2. to create a one slide google slide, demonstrating the following skills: (15 mins.)
- Changing the formatting of the slide
- Inserting a picture and a link on the slide
- Inserting a quote on the slide by using research tools.
3. to collaborate with other participants on a one page google docs which features five type of students in the classroom, demonstrating the following skills: (20 mins.)
- Creating one google docs with the title: 5 types of students inside the classroom.
- Use of a google docs template: CLICK TO USE THE TEMPLATE
- Sharing the google docs to 5 participants.
- Assigning one editor, one layout artist and contributors.
- Using the chatbox and comment
- Adding an add on to their google document (e.g. mindmeister)
